New openess at the Whitehouse

Robots.txt is a file you copy onto your webserver to advice e.,g. crawlers how to handle the content of the page. Well, with the new guy in town Whitehouse has clearly changed its procedures. Good sign.

    very good sign indeed. i’ve been waiting for years for this robots.txt thing to change. all these exclusions were so 1984 to me.
